Inès Davau is a lawyer at the Paris Bar, a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. She handles cases with high human and international stakes.

After joining Éric Dupond-Moretti's former firm, she gained extensive experience in criminal litigation, helping to manage complex and high-profile cases. She then expanded her practice to include press law and criminal business law, before founding her own Parisian firm.

Inès Davau regularly pleads before criminal courts, departmental criminal courts, and assize courts, defending both victims and those prosecuted. She regularly represents public officials facing criminal or disciplinary proceedings.

Her work also covers family law, where she defends associations and individuals, with particular attention paid to the protection of children.

She has also developed recognized expertise in representing legal entities, frequently working alongside recognized public interest associations and collaborating with several French and international NGOs involved in the defense of human rights and the protection of victims of war crimes.
